The Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail is the longest rail trail in Victoria. On completion it will span a distance of some 134kms.
From South to North it starts at Tallarook and makes it's way through to Trawool, Yea, Molesworth, Alexandra, Yarck, Merton, Bonnie Doon, Maindample and finishes in the beautiful town of Mansfield.

Markets

Yea Country Market is held in the Yea Railway Park second Saturday of the month, from September to May showcasing local growers, makers and producers.

Tallarook Farmers Market is held the first Sunday of every month other than January. Local produce, including fruit and vegetables, beef and lamb, wine and olives are just a few of the items on offer. The market is located at the Mechanics Hall Tallarook.

Yarck Country Market is conducted at the Yarck Hall third Saturday of every month 9am – 1.30pm. This is an outlet for local produce, jams, craft, plants and wines.

Alexandra Market is held at the Alexandra Timber Tramway in Station Street the fourth Saturday of the month. All types of stalls are there including fruit and veg, crafts, plants and jewellery.

Mansfield Farmers Market is held the forth Saturday of the month except December. The market will be held Saturday 17th December at the Mansfield Primary School. Come along for all your regional produce.

 Bonnie Doon Community Market & Car Boot Sale on the grounds of the Community Centre in Arnot Street always presents a great atmosphere and the opportunity for relaxed enjoyment.
